Determine that "wide open" throttle is precisely determined. Adjust as necessary.

Disassemble Carb and prep for machining and polishing.

Adjust and modify Spray Bar and Venturi Shape for proper fuel/air ratio and efficiency using Professional Flow Bench.

Fill any cracks and imperfections with special epoxy.

Polish "Intake Cup" and carb to precisely match barrel to assure perfect laminar flow throughout.

Test on Flow Bench to determine gain realized, and decide if efficiency has been optimized.
